Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site agree that access to and uses of this site are subject to and bound by the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access or use this site.
NO Returns (approved only per individual cases)
Can I exchange my item if I have a problem?
BULK sales are final sales, NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED.
For any regular purchases, we will exchange your hat within 30 days. Please reference our “Exchange Policy” below and/or contact customer service to figure out the best way to return your item.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item we will gladly exchange it for you. We will resend the correct item to you upon receipt of the defective or wrong item.
We understand that there are going to be times when you purchase an item online and it doesn't fit properly. At Kool Breeze Solar Hat, we want you to know that we ALLOW EXCHANGES ONLY. You can exchange for a different size.
Conditions on Exchanges
ONE TIME exchange allowed only.
All sales final after 30 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
In the event that the item you want to exchange for is not available, you will be issued a Kool Breeze Solar Hat credit by email.
Your credit card will be charged for the cost to ship the new item back and the appropriate restocking fee
Exchanges ONLY Instructions
Contact Kool Breeze so that a “Return Authorization Form” can be filled out to confirm that a Kool Breeze product is to be returned and the reason why
Include your purchase invoice.
Fill out the back of the packing slip that you received with your shipment and complete the appropriate information on the reason of exchange.
Replace the item(s) in the packaging in which it was received. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to product in transit back to us.
To ensure the package arrives back to us safely, please use a pre-paid, insured and track-able carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx that can be used to track the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.

Congratulations on your purchase of your Kool Breeze Solar Hat. Your hat should give you many seasons of trouble-free operation. However, should the unit fail under normal use, this Warranty covers the electronic components built into the hat, specifically the fan, fan motor, and solar panels for a period of 30 days (one "1" month). The straw, fabric, and straw hat itself are not covered here. The term ‘normal use’ means when correctly worn, maintained, stored according to directions, and protected from deliberate or accidental catastrophic damage.
All sales are final after 30 days. Any exchanges postmarked after 30 days of your receipt date will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
The hat must have minimum ware and tear. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, or that have been tampered with in any way will not receive credit in any form.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items
If for any reason these criteria's are not met, your item will be returned at your expense.
Outside of the United States – During holiday seasons, please allow for up to 45 days for exchanges to be processed

The straw, fabric, and straw hat itself are not covered here. The term ‘normal use’ means when correctly worn, maintained, stored according to directions, and protected from deliberate or accidental catastrophic damage.
This Warranty covers the cost of any needed repairs to, or replacement of, your Kool Breeze Solar Hat’s electronics.
How do I obtain service under the Warranty?
Should your Kool Breeze Solar Hat require servicing, you must first contact Kool Breeze to authorize and arrange for return of the hat. You may call 559-456-8510. When you receive authorization for repair, you may either bring your hat in person or ship it (postage pre-paid and insured) with proof of product purchase (a copy of original invoice).
Please reference your Returned Goods Authorization number given you by our representative on the phone, and include a short written description of the problem or malfunction.
Kool Breeze will repair or replace your hat at our discretion, and at no additional charge to you. We will return it to you with postage paid and insured on the return shipment from Kool Breeze for those customers within the United States and Canada. Customers in all other countries must pay for shipping both ways in order to receive service under the terms of this Warranty.
