Create & Sip Design

Create & Sip Design is a creative wellness experience made for elderly adults, veterans, and young artists who want to express themselves and relax through art. Participants engage in the meaningful process of hat design, using creativity as therapy to relieve stress, spark imagination, and build a sense of connection with others.

Creative Materials & Techniques

Each session encourages exploration of different hat design styles and techniques. Participants will use materials like beads, feathers, ribbons, chains, fabrics, ropes, patches, stones, bands, tassels, enamel pins, and brooch pins to transform each hat into a unique, wearable piece that tells a personal story.

Wellness, Mindfulness & Connection

Beyond crafting, Create & Sip nurtures mindfulness and emotional well-being. Participants gain confidence, strengthen social bonds, and find joy in self-expression. No prior art experience is needed—just an open heart and the willingness to create, share, and enjoy the journey.
